Job Overview :

• Exposure to the International markets, especially USA and / or UK.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Should be able to comfortably articulate the value and benefits of outsourcing of legal services.
• Able to deal at the CXO level in Fortune 1000 companies.
• Exceptionally skilled at forging long-term relationships.
• Able to handle all responsibilities pertaining to Business development. 
• Develop, implement, and manage our global business strategy.
  
• Accurately forecasts revenue streams. Prepare budgets for the same. 
• Coordinate with our marketing and business development teams in developing market campaign themes and collateral.
  
• Serve as an Account Manager, responsible for 100% Client Satisfaction and revenue generation in the given region. 
• Should be able to "walk the extra mile" if required to ensure business growth, self starter and an independent thinker.

Desired Profile:

• Minimum 8-10 years of extensive experience in selling concepts, preferably in the KPO /LPO industry.
