Dr.G.B.REDDY
Dr. Reddy has an inestimable experience of more than 7 years as a Legal Practitioner cum law professor and as an academic administrator. His specialty includes constitutional law and Intellectual Property Rights. He has authored 15 books on various subjects like Copyrights, Consumer Protection, Land Laws and Right to Information.
As a practicing advocate from 1991 to 1997, he acted as a legal advisor to M/s. Value Line Securities, Hyderabad and also served as a member of the Editorial Board of the leading law reporter in India - The All India Reporter. He is recognized as a PhD Supervisor by the Osmania University, Andhra Pradesh and other Universities across the state and he is adept in legal research, drafting and interpretation. Dr.K.V.S.SARMA
Dr.K.V.S.Sarma is currently a Professor of Law at the National Academy of Legal Studies And Research (NALSAR), Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. Dr. Sarma is the visiting faculty member at various universities and at prestigious institutes like International Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution, Hyderabad Center & National Academy of Direct Taxes, Nagpur.
Dr.Sarma has authored books like Modern Law of Insurance in India (published by one of the forerunning law publishers viz., Butterworths India Ltd., whose foreword was written by N.A.Palkhiwala) and Indian Penal Code (the foreword of which was written by Jeevan Reddy, former Chairman, Law Commission of India.) In addition to these, Dr.Sarma also authored five monographs and got published several articles in premier law journals. His focus area is Business Law. He was awarded the Doctorate in Law by the University of Berhampur, Orissa.
Dr.P.B.SHANKER RAO
Dr.Rao is the principal of P R R Law College and is instrumental in helping many of his pupils become Magistrates, Judges and front-ranking Advocates. He is a member of the academic council of Osmania University and has authored many books. He has been associated with many top NGOs in India. Dr. Rao is a man of impeccable integrity and is currently working towards the promotion of legal education in the right direction.
ASHOK RAM KUMAR
Ashok Ram Kumar is a Lawyer with 18 years standing at the Bar and specializes in the niche areas of IPR, Information technology, Digital Rights Management, IPR audit and valuation. He acts as a consultant for various MNC companies in these areas. He is also skilled in Arbitrations, Excise and Customs Laws and is an expert in drafting agreements in areas of Outsourcing, HR documentation, joint ventures and collaborations, Corporate documentations, ISO and Digital Security policies etc. He was formerly Adviser to the Dept of Information and Technology, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh. He is also a visiting guest lecturer at Central University, Hyderabad, Institute of Company Secretaries, Hyderabad Chapter and referral IPR consultant to Knowledge Hub of Indian School of Business.
